Victor Energy – Jenner Transmission Line

We performed an as-built survey on all pole locations, conductor attachment, conductor sag, conductor clearance, and jumper clearance. We used mobile scanning LiDAR to collect as-built data instead of using a ground survey crew. Because of this we only needed two field crew days instead of more than a week, saving cost, minimizing the safety risk exposure, and collecting all data that may or may not be required. Our client can require any additional data anytime without the additional cost of needing another field survey. If Victor Energy requires anything outside the original scope, we would normally have to go back to pick up the additional information and require a change order. However, with our advanced technology we can go back into the scans and provide any additional data quickly and efficiently. We provided final as-built survey results, point cloud results, and 3D models.
